International Internship Program  NGO Fractal is one of the leading think tanks for social change with activities mainly directed towards confidence/peace building and better inter-ethnic communication and cooperation, spread over a wide variety of different projects and thematic issues. NGO Fractal welcomes international interns for three months up to one year. Fractal’s International Internship Program creates unique intercultural learning opportunities through research and team work experiences. It is designed to provide interns with first hand experiences with contemporary issues and processes in the South East European (SEE) region, in particular in Serbia and Kosovo. The program aims at integrating interns into team processes and deepening their insights in the region’s specific problems. Through the International Internship Program issues of concern and interest which are not fully explored – due to lack of time and human resources – will be researched and the findings and recommendations will be shared with the wider public. It aims to strengthen the capacities of NGO Fractal through academic cooperation and involvement of international interns in our work; a combination of research and team work. We welcome highly motivated and dedicated students, with solid theoretical knowledge and capacities for independent research. At the same time they should have the capacity to be integrated into the team. Interns will stay for at least 3 months and up to one year maximum. The specific content of the intern’s engagement and research will be tailored and mutually agreed according to the interns’ background and interests.
