![]() Kosovo Community Reconciliation and Development Program “KCRDP “ Project Goal: To improve the effectiveness of Albanian and Serbian community sustainable reconciliation and cooperation throughout reintegration and economical community development strategies in Mitrovica AOR Project Locations: This project will be implemented throughout Mitrovica AOR, in following 6 locations: Bajë/Banje, Runik/Rudnik, Çabër/Čabra, Zubin Potoku/Zubin Potok, Gojbulë/Gojbulja, Vushtrri /Vucitrn. Project partners have selected these locations due to their specifics in ethnic mixture and geographical orientation covering the entire Mitrovica AoR. Methodology: Selection and formation of working groups at the local level: Partners Kosova with assistance of NGO “ FRACTAL “, will recruit key Albanian and Serb Community Leaders, women representatives, NGO’s and service providers in each location to form community working groups. Capacity Building; Partners Kosova with assistance of FRACTAL will facilitate a Mitrovica regional program orientation and training for representatives from each working groups. Cooperative Planning in target communities; Working groups in each location will assess Albanian & Serb community cooperation and reintegration strategies. Small grants for economic development and Community sustainable cooperation A key element of the program will be the implementation of pilot programs in the target locations to apply the various effective methodologies and tools in diverse local settings. With the support of external economic advisor and representative from International Civilian Office (ICO) Economic development department office in Mitrovica project team will conduct an “Economic need assessment” using the existing resources in each location. Each of the working groups in all project locations will design and implement minimum 1 project with the support of a small grants fund (with grants in range up to 40.000 € per location) Criteria for the small grants: -A project that will contribute in improving inter-ethnic relationships, -Multiethnic communities (or combination with other project location), A project from which both project communities (Albanians and Serbs) will benefit, A project that is designed by the community representatives with participation of the whole community, Projects that that will motivate and have direct impact on the Albanian and Serb community cooperation and reintegration strategies. Project that will address the following fields: Economical development (start up small businesses), Increscent Freedom of movement, Increscent of interethnic cooperation, Women interethnic activities Anticipated Results:
