EPLO is the platform of European NGOs, networks of NGOs and think tanks active in the field of peacebuilding, who share an interest in promoting sustainable peacebuilding policies among decision-makers in the European Union.
EPLO aims to influence the EU so it promotes and implements measures that lead to sustainable peace between states and within states and peoples, and that transform and resolve conflicts non-violently. EPLO wants the EU to recognise the crucial connection between peacebuilding, the eradication of poverty, and sustainable development worldwide and the crucial role NGOs have to play in sustainable EU efforts for peacebuilding, conflict prevention, and crisis management.
In the post-Yugoslav societies war crimes committed by the other side in the conflict are often talked about, even more often exaggerated, while the authorities continue to relativize, minimize, or justify the crimes committed against opposing sides in the conflict.
Identification and solidarity with members of the same community accused of war crimes is very strong, while members of other communities suspected of committing war crimes are accused arbitrarily.
Victims are being forgotten and the public only hears about them during state sponsored ceremonies. The fate of 16,252 missing persons is still unclear and a number of gravesites are still undisclosed. There is no political interest to establish the facts about the events of the past, and the much-needed pressure of the free-thinking public is still missing.

Our Future Network (OFN) is a challenging and exciting exchange program and network of young people from Serbia, Kosovo and The Netherlands. OFN wishes to improve relations between Serbs and Albanians through open and (self) critical dialogue regarding the past and the future.
OFN spreads knowledge of the European integration process and the political situation in Kosovo and Serbia, and stimulates more active involvement of youth regarding these issues within their own societies.
The Beyond Frontiers Network is alliance of NGOs, public and private entities, networks of NGOs and think tanks working on security issues, who share an interest and are committed to promote broad-based participation in discussing different security issues among individuals and groups coming from various communities of Western Balkan region. As a process oriented effort the Beyond Frontiers Network aims:
To act as a regional platform for dialogue, learning and experience sharing on different security issues and their implications for the future of Western Balkan region, EU and wider global arena, amongst its members and with other relevant networks;
To organize rotating regional meetings/conferences that will offer to individuals and groups an opportunity to come together and explore security challenges and opportunities, and to survey beyond frontiers of current solutions, ideas and visions;
To communicate and give inputs to local, national, international organizations and stakeholders.
SEA Change network is an informal alliance, including a group of media, CSOs and universities around the region., committed to explore and serve as a platform for synergies and cross-sector partnerships, in order to offer a broader perspective and viable alternative solutions regarding the complexity of environmental and energy issues. The network aims at mobilizing organizations and institutions but also individuals, citizens in a process oriented, ongoing and inclusive exchange of views and perspectives, on regional level. It promotes local, regional, sub-regional perspectives, as well as cooperation based on common interests and needs.
SEA Change platform functions on the principle of added value to its members. It seeks to offer a visibility for groups/organizations/grass-root initiatives that are not visible, and to complement the work and link with other relevant environmental and EE networks.
