Youth Leadership Program Till date, NGO Fractal has been committed to the exploration and development of new approaches and models that could enable stronger and wider participation of citizens, especially youngsters. It is our belief that enabling such a central role of citizens will be an important indicator and proof of a profound change in our social context. Among other programs of NGO Fractal, the Youth Leadership Program directly addresses youth activism and youth participation in current social processes. This program vivid and much alive, tries to keep the basic core matrix of activities, but also to adopt new approaches, strategies and methodologies. The goals achieved through this program include significant capacity building of youth, increased youth activism and cooperation between people of different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. The Youth Leadership Program includes the following projects and partnerships: Youth Leadership Workshops for A-SMYLE Alumni  Global Youth Service Day Celebration  Serbia Youth Leadership Program (SYLP)  |
